There is the news 'on' the market that Apple is going to buy out Samsung.
There is the news 'in' the market that Apple is going to buy out Samsung.
请问一下，大家会觉得这两个句子有什么不同吗?
两个都是我自己写的
还有什么地方可以查到相关用法呢?

好绕口...而且 buy out 是指有控股权，也就是股份占多数...Apple有买这么高的股份到可以控制Samsung吗？
