一般人都知道 两个不同主词写成一个句子 中间需要一个逗号
例如 I am doing homework, and my mother is cooking in the kitchen.
但如果是在when后面呢?
例如
When the first control switch is turned off without receiving the external
voltage, or the capacitors are discharged, the leakage of electricity is
avoided by switching the main control switch.
请问or前方的逗号要不要删除 这样语意有影响吗?

是说你提到的第一个原则通常也不成立无论是对等连结还是附属连结，逗号有无加上去对语意影响通常都是没有基本上加上去都只是因为句子读起来真的很不方便像是You don't love her, but I do和You don't love her but I do其实语意上是完全等价的，一般人也都看得懂逗号的有无只是语气跟文风，阅读感受这种差异而已
