请问各位这三句:
1.My niece, Kathy, ate one cookie after [another] until she finished the
whole box. That's why she had a bad stomachache.
这句的[]可以用the other吗? 书上写说这两个是一样的(one after another/the other)
可是答案就没给了，而网络上查，好像也比较偏好是another，the other好像有一次两个
一起吃的意思(好像也可以?)
2.My cousin and her husband moved to [another] city because they don't like [X]
cold weather
第一个[]可用other citys吗? 因为原先的城市太冷所以移动到其他多个城市，另外
weather可以指定吗? 因为天气没有绝对，所以不能用the，对吗?
3.The teacher gave us some homework to hand in next Tuesday.
想请问各位这句前面动词用过去式，可是后面的next不是有未来的意思吗? 这句是否有误
呢?

1.两个都可以，都是’不停的吃’ 2.other cities 很怪，如果要强调搬来搬去用用第一例的用法就好,这边的天气泛指‘cold weather’ 不用冠词3.next Tuesday 是修饰[tohand in]
