请问第一行已有动词was, 第二行boarden up前是否省略where才不至于有两个动词呢?
2.The first lido to be named as such was the one in the Serpentine in Hyde Park.
请问这个句子中的 to 的作用为何?

1. boarded up 前面应该是省略了 which/that was
