2017-07-11 18:33:00这里的 than 是准关系代名词，类似的还有 as 和 but后面可想成前面这的个状况会 potentially starving thesystem of power, 有点像分词构句，或许写成 than isavailable, which potentially starves the system of power可较好理解 (个人看法)
