看到OALD9里有这样一个解释：
forward verb.
to send a letter, etc. received at the address a person used to live at to
their new address
这应该是“转寄”的意思，不过想问的是，…to live at to their new address里的
to live at是什么意思？
我的理解是这样
to send a letter, etc. [received at the address a person used] to live at to
their new address
刮号内是形容词子句，不影响主要结构。
但to live at是什么意思呢？查字典似乎查不到。
