我想你可能误会你们老师所谓“插入句”的用法，
一般来说若把插入的 I believe 拿掉，
不会影响整个句子的结构完整性（但句意可能稍有不同）。

: 请大家协助
: 1.This is the girl who I believe is my girlfriend.
-> This is the girl who (I believe) is my girlfriend.
-> This is the girl who is my girlfriend. (句子结构完整)
: 2.The skirt which I bought at the night market is cheap
-> The skirt which (I bought at the night market) is cheap.
-> The skirt which is cheap. (句子结构不完整)
再进一步想：
This is a girl.
I believe (that) the girl is my girlfriend.

: 第一个是我们上课时
: 老师说I believe是插入句
: 所以看后面的be动词
: 所以他是这边的who是主格
: 第二句是我在看youtube
: 有别的老师说
: I bought 是主词加名词
: 所以前面用which是 受格
: 我有疑问是为什么
: I bought at the night market不能当插入句
: 以后面的Be动词 来当作前面的Which是主格
: 虽然which在做主格受格都长一样
: 但是词性跟判别使用的方式不同
: 受格时可以省略
: 但做主格时却不能省略
