本规定自2015年7月1日施行，以产品产制日期为准。
The effective date of the regulation is on 1st July, 2015.
It's subject to product production date.
拜托强人帮我看一下，我这样翻正确吗?

我相信原po想说的是“在实施日期后生产的产品才受约束”所以这个“以产制日期为准”的中文其实已经错了 (ˊ_>ˋ)only the product produced after this date is subjectedto the new regulation.

如果是像W大说的,那就写The regulation takes effecton..., and shall apply to products produced aftersuch date.
