我怎么觉得是B错了...可是想想B应该也是对的...innovations这种用法确定没有错。如果It was是强调句型，应该要把who改成that...

应该是 innovation本身就有new的含意 不须画蛇添足

我不觉得new这个形容词是累赘，就算意义重复这也不能算是“错”的。

目前我没头绪 但是new多置我认为是ok的
