[Q&A]Why the color of Pearl in Milk Shop is white?

Does anyone knows that why the color of Pearl is white in Milk Shop?
As we could see the color of Pearl is black in the other liquor store.

traditionally the Pearl would be black, but it'sbecause of adding caramel coloring. Now, some of thedrink shops would use Pearls wihout coloring, hencecalled "white" peral. But actually there is nomajor difference.

我卖过白珍珠 其实就是无色素原色的 只是很多客人还是认定黑色才是正统
