昨天腹部超音波报告出来
肝脏有一个2.4公分的不知道什么东西
好像是跟脂肪有关系，但好像不确定
可请帮忙翻译报告吗？感谢.

Impression:
- Mild fatty liver.
- A hupoechoic lesion (2.4cm) in hepatic S5. DDx: focal fatty sparing or tumor.
Advise follow up with MR or US.
Abdomen sonography shows:
1. Liver:
Mild increased
echogenicity of the liver parenchyma.
A hypochoic lesion in hepatic S5, sized 2.4cm. DDx: focal fatty sparing or
hepatic tumor.

有轻微脂肪肝。脂肪肝病人在肝脏表面常会有侷限性无脂肪区（Focal Fatty Sparing)，当然该部分也可能是肿瘤（hepatic tumor),建议持续追踪并做核磁共振或电脑断层确认。
