今天是最近两周以来难得可以在周二不必到办公室的“超码日”，虽然仍究花许多时间处
理公司事务，至少可以在下午出门分享结缘书，弥补上周完全落掉的每周发书数量。每天
写上“待完成”事情清单，今天也不例外地洋洋洒洒列出9件，目前完成8件，包含去看中
医。在艳阳高照下在街上发书，去到中医诊所给医生把脉，医生很“欣慰地”说：不错喔
，脉象很好，不像第一次来看时“心气”显得非常躁，一方面思虑过重，一方面心脏过劳
，这几周下来有显著改善，但仍要注意不要超过12点就寝，否则即使睡眠时间不算太短
(5~6小时)，但睡得太晚12:30以后，仍然伤肝，….
这是每次看诊时医生说的话，以媛心里明白就寝时间仍然经常超过凌晨12:30，如同去除
习气一般，无法一步到位并且始终维持12:00以前就寝。这些红尘修行的挑战一在考验以
媛时间管理及惯性、习气、执念、五毒等等内功实修的火候。值得安慰的是，现在无论如
何大的压力，以媛的“心”似乎能维持稳定，没有什么上下起伏，尽力而为后顺逆交给天
，没有“得失心”后很容易放下，往气定神闲之路迈进。
07/01太阳灵验运法”第30轮12日
1. 及时回家倒垃圾室其中一个工作项目，幸好能赶在6:25pm以前完成所有的准备工作
，清理了家中一堆塑胶袋及纸袋，那是先生舍不得丢的收集。感恩有机会在每次先生出国
时作一些“断舍离”的整理。
2. 出门分享结缘书前先向太阳公公禀告，期望给予最佳祝福。结果在艳阳高照下，非
常顺利完成每周数量，还加上加码的数量，比平日更快地分享完成，带着感恩心去看中医
，还得到医生的赞许，感恩太阳公公给力。
