“周一书海 一周一书”指定的下周读本为《因为有太阳》，今天得空赶紧翻阅一下，立
刻被其目录“天地君亲师” 的铺排方式吸引，仔细看着每一章的标题和内容，知道这是
一本“修心”宝典，惭愧过去没有机会好好阅读，这次真要把握机会进入堂奥，尽量吸取
其中精要和智慧。
导师在“生命从此放光芒”中提到：“…..因为有太阳，藉其大能来抚慰那已然枯竭的“
爱”源，进而在种种端倪中认识著宇宙源头的大不同，经常在一番洗礼后，不觉讶异于万
象星河中，那不曾在人间所发现的诸多伟大与浩瀚，也因为这些缘起，渐渐地将自身导入
于喜乐丰盛富有的正确人生轨道，而见证了生命在分秒间不断产生的诸多惊喜与收获，知
道这次真是找对了。….当我们知道这世间万事、万物与能量息息相关，太阳就是能量补
给的最佳源头。若真能明了此一真理，愿意诚心实修实证，则必定事事有解、物物吉祥，
是否真能如愿，完全在于自己的抉择和把握与否。”
《因为有太阳》一书从智慧、看破、放下、自在、解脱这五个角度和概念，来阐述修行的
步骤。由真心实证修心，得到正知正见，和宇宙天地连线共振，接收天地传达的讯息，成
为灵感从中萃炼智慧。看破世事真相和其中逻辑，培养正量，明辨真假，持续精进。放下
一切执念、惯性和习气，回归初始纯粹的本性，简化生活，断舍离杂念、杂物而一身轻。
顺应自然万物本性，因势利导；尽人事，听天命；内心自在安适，气定神闲。最后因为练
得“无我”，让自己跳脱凡俗框架，超然地看待环境中人事物的互动运作，就能做出中肯
正确的判断和抉择，既无“分别心”，一且以道为依归，心中的束缚完全解多，回归自然
。
这样的修行步骤合理而富挑战性，是以媛想要追求的境界，须要穷一生之力奋进，一步一
脚印累积道行。

1. 感恩导师的仁心，对外开放“黄金星空夜语”，让红尘中有人生课题的人都有机会
得到导师指点迷津，也借此做更有动力的超码广传。
2. 下午外面下著小雨，出门时顺手拿了先生经常用的伞，心想他应该不会出去，也就
没有告知用了他的雨伞。谁知先生临时要出去看到雨伞不见了，以为是早上遗忘在菜市场
，特地回头遍寻不著。以媛回到家知道先生下午的一番折腾，感恩他的修养，没有怪罪以
媛，也因此忏悔应该“用人物 须明求”，不论东西大小都应该事前告知，避免不必要寻
找。
