回想昨天的“一分钟忏悔发愿”在实际上落实执行时，思考这样随时都可做的忏悔，究竟
从什么角度做后续的发愿，以便和其他的发愿有所区隔?毕竟资源有限，在财施、法施、
无畏施上可用的资源多已用罄，还要怎样做利益他人的布施?今天将此一课题放在心上，
发觉还有一个以媛平日不会将其纳入发愿回向清单的项目，非常高兴。
姪女一家远从新西兰返台，就是为了替两位子女办理中华民国护照，并申办台胞证，方便
回大陆探望爷爷。因为过程非常顺利，早早就拿到护照和台胞证，正式让子女成为台湾同
胞。很安慰姪女夫妇虽然从小就不在华人社会成长就业，但中国人的礼数和孝亲倒是周到
。每次回台必定去探望在台长辈，也可以成为子女的表率。今天陪同她们去看望太舅奶奶
，对老人家而言如同久旱甘霖，看着一双儿女和老人家互动的表情，真的很有意思。老人
如愿以偿地将两小抱在怀里，非常欣喜的表情，再次证明孝顺对于建立和谐家庭及亲友归
属感的重要性。

1. 为了陪同姪女一家探望太舅奶奶，上完“主持幸福”的课程，回味着导师口传心授
的祕法，同时也尝试在秒秒间练习。一路来到大安森林公园，进入久违了的园中，吸收冷
冽的空气和淡淡的青草味，感觉城市中的公园，仍然是大自然的缩影，令人心旷神怡。不
必特别观想，胜景就在眼前，真是好幸福，好感恩。
2. 在园中看到许多松鼠在树梢及地面上窜跳，活泼可爱，生机蓬勃，看着忍不住嘴角
上扬。
