周二虽是超码日，也是家庭日，少不得须要料理几样菜肴，补充一些熟食再搭配外购的食
物，可以让先生三餐正常。经常都是因为以媛想要多做一些超码相关的事情而忘了时间，
被先生几经催促，口气不会很好。以媛也因此被“逼着”打断工作，起身活动筋骨。其实
要感恩先生，让以媛不至于“钉”在椅子上过久后动弹不得，同时也为自己要嘛不回话、
要嘛回话不够柔软而忏悔。好在最后因为以媛的几道菜肴合先生口味，心情好了以后主动
洗碗和收拾厨房。
抽时间练习“主持幸福”的课后作业，发觉不如想像中的容易，需要练习好多遍以后才能
抓住声调、快慢、清晰度等等的重点，而有较平稳且有个性的控场能力。另一个作业的练
习，也一样需要反复多遍才能达到正确掌控的目标。这么专注的练习尚且会疏忽遗漏重点
，在日常生活中对于周遭人事物的观察无法钜细靡遗，因此而失去主控的机会，就是必然
的结果了。
今天《生命之光》内容提醒不能滥用忏悔与发愿，须要虔诚忏悔并积极行动去落实发愿中
的承诺。否则即使负能量暂时缓解对于彼此恩怨的追讨，仍然时时监视著。如果有敷衍之
嫌，没有积极的做为，等同欺骗负能量，反而更容易加速负能量讨报速度。以媛内心仍感
震撼，不敢等闲视之。不论是超码同学家人或以媛自己，都能透过忏悔发愿度过重大危机
，迎来转机，创造下一阶段的喜乐人生。以媛汲取超码家人们的实证经验，成为自己的资
粮，用来进行生命改造工程，配合“主持幸福”课程学到的方法，主动打造幸福圆满人生

1. 因为忘记告诉先生要买生姜，放在鸡汤里。临时由以媛自己去到市场买。因为是常
客，需量不多，老板赠送。但后来以媛怕用量不够，又加上一小块，坚持给老板一些零钱
，算是对老板的答谢之意。感恩邻里间有这样的人情味。
