今天在偶然间看到佛家的“六度”，包含布施、持戒、忍辱、精进、禅定、般若六种修行
内涵，用来对治和改造人性的悭贪、毁犯、瞋恚、懈怠、散乱及愚痴等六种性格、行为、
习气、思想或认知上不合天心的现象。以媛发觉许多人不曾觉知自己有这些负面的现象，
或即使察觉有某些习气和心念导致人际关系不好、生活不顺，却并未下定决心改善，在因
循苟且下使得日子过得每下愈况。
今天看到《生命之光》主题就是“负能量因果讨报”。其实上面提到的每一种负面现象，
都有可能在人际互动中引发恶业而造恶因，形成恶果后承受日后负能量讨报的不堪。即使
没有冤亲债主的讨报，自己习气、心念或认知上的偏差也会造成身心上的负荷或压力，显
现出各种有害健康的毛病。
以媛体悟到最有效的修行之道，仍是“超级生命密码系统”的“忏悔发愿”。只有自我觉
察并决心忏悔改过，找出根由，才有下一步的布施、持戒、忍辱、精进、禅定、般若的行
为，去逐步转化和改善。落实超码版的“爱与感恩”是最合于天心，让自己软化心性、调
和关系、慈眼视众生的最有效又彻底的正途。只有内化了这两项生命密码，才会很自然地
随时随处起好心、说好话、做好事、结好缘。不再造新的恶业，又有不断行善积德的功德
，此消彼涨下，显现了修行的功夫，红尘生活必然趋于圆满，灵命层次得以提升。
