心中留下什么不同印象，甚至和灵魂层的某些记忆相互牵连或加入新的印记。非常同意若
兰的体悟，回到基本功，随时心存感恩之念，五官接收五尘所起的五识都有美妙的感受，
比较容易提升心性。

1. 临时接到老板电话，要求去到公司的汐止体验馆，准备接待日本的客户。这给以媛
一个考验，临时插入的工作如何能兼顾周三要对来自杜拜的参访者做简报的准备?总是以
平静的心处理当下的事，感恩考验过关。也庆幸周三简报昨天几乎已完成，只需要再检查
缺漏，并思考如何口语化表达投影片上的内容。
2. 借由这次和日本客户的互动，发觉以媛掌握某些讯息的细腻度不足，对于老板给出
的资讯及内心所想有落差，而形成沟通上的误解，还需要老板再和客户做澄清。感恩有这
次的教训，促使以媛未来会更加谨慎。
