德导师在书中所言，娱乐界许多有名歌手唱过那么多的抒情歌曲，反映人间的离别和情苦
，得到多少人的共鸣和传唱，却也将自己的人生给败掉了。以前不了解为何有那么多的歌
星、演员或娱乐界的人酗酒、吸毒，原来是每天沉浸在自己创造的或受到感染的负能量场
中，日积月累身心灵被锁住后，能量低到难以面对观众兴奋的期待，只好以另类方式与魔
打交道，换取当时需要的“能量”，所产生的必然结果。
生活中有太多在食衣住行育乐各层面出现的人、事、物，都有可能在当时似乎呈现一定的
价值或效果，如果不知节制，久了会适得其反，身受其害。人世间的事物，除了自然生成
者外，均是人为产制出来的，目的在于创造供需的价值。大部分人很难谨守中庸之道，凡
是喜欢的，就会一直追求享用，直到产生反效果。现在知道一切都是能量的幻化，会自觉
地远离一切不自然、负面、有害的人事物。觉知者会对周遭环境有所观察，感知其中有利
或不利的因子而做适当的应对进退，至少维持正负能量的平衡以保护自己。
生活中许多的变量会造成漏德，一旦沾染低下能量的人事物，会减损自身的能量而趋向负

，仍然我行我素，将会造成更多的忏悔发愿需求，使生活产生更多的变量及不顺，需要警
