“放下”就像“去我”一样，被许多人朗朗上口，经常挂在嘴上。但有多少人真能放下?
如同“去我”一般，真能去除“执念”，给自己和别人一些喘息的空间吗?
南怀瑾老师说过：人生路过的都是经历，错过的都是人生。既为途中过客，尔等又何须执
著? 其实我们生命中有些事情、有些结局，是注定无法为人力物力所左右的。有时候越是
得不到，就越是要随缘；唯有懂得随缘，才能体会快乐。懂得放下，有朝一日才可能真正
得到。人生就是一个不断拿起和放下间交叉选择的过程。拿得起、放得下的叫举重；拿得
起、放不下的叫负重。心累往往源起于内心的执著。放不下，痛苦一辈子；放得下，轻松
一辈子。若想自在逍遥，就得练就放下功夫。
这“放下”究竟是放下什么?有人说：放下别人的错误是饶恕自己；放下无能为力的无奈
感，去成就力所能及的事情比较有实质意义；放下一直萦绕心头的悔恨，挣脱枷锁，让自
己迎向光明。这些仅仅只是一个人在生命和生活中360度面向，三个小小的角度所可能呈
现的意念和烦恼。哪个不是由心所造?真要放下，就得对治自己的心，又如何做到?
放下执著、放下他人的错、放下心结、放下无能为力的无奈感、放下罣碍、放下坏心情、
放下脾气、放下遗憾、放下愧疚、放下秘密、放下不好的始终萦绕心头的记忆(请太阳金
光烧掉坏记忆)、….。都是放下，有大有小，有近忧有远虑。如果不能放下，每经想起就
是耗用能量，处在负能量场，什么都不对劲。反之，放掉了，如过眼云烟，不留一点痕迹
。犹如天空云聚云散，不会强留一片云朵。这需要有意识地督促自己，有心放掉，一刹那
间就完成了。若要有更长远的效果，仍然需要贯通事理，想通了缘起缘灭，人生大戏不过
尔尔，执念会自然松绑，也就放掉了。

2. 感恩杜拜驻外办事处的张代表热心牵线安排杜拜邦的“自由贸易经济整合区”赴台
参访团，在五月底到公司汐止新能源科技体验中心拜访。此行重点放在再生能源发电、AI
人工智能及5G通讯。相信他们能在汐止找到新能源的最佳解决方案，应用于杜拜经济整合
区，成为中东地区的示范样板。
