在红尘中修行随时会遇到挑战，诸多计划之外的突来之事考验自己的承受力、耐压性、沉
著性，以及随顺变化的弹性，最后完成原计画内容的百分比就成为“夺标”的成绩单。
原就设定今天要完成许多事情，除了每天必做的心法日课和瑜珈拉筋外，也是发书日，同
时约了学妹了解她参加10/1夺标课及后来夺标加强版的共修课的心得感想。后面两件事情
都需要时间，也是以媛期待想做的事情。另外也必须将准备明天给日本重要访客“绿能发
电政策建言”的文件撰稿列入工作之一，这也是绞尽脑汁的一件事，勉强挤入已经满载的
时程中。没想到先生凑热闹，买回一大包地瓜叶，希望以媛炒一盘青菜。偏偏捡菜非常花
时间，因为难得在家做菜，也就耐著性子捡菜、洗菜，同时听着蔡礼旭老师的《细讲弟子
规》，事后跟先生说，等下午约会和发书完成后再回家炒菜，也就皆大欢喜了。
出门前已经将给日本的文件初稿完成，交给老板核稿，傍晚开始来回校稿修改前后五版，
时间就在滴答间溜走。内心盘算著尚未完成的事项，告诉自己仍要静下心来，一件一件做
，可以较为精简，但必须完成。这样一下决心，也就让自己充了电，将士用命，不负期待
，顺利达标。
10/17“太阳灵验转运法”第16轮第35天
1. 感恩学妹应约和以媛碰面，告知完全可以接受太阳盛德导师在“夺标”课程的论述
和心法，但目前无法停止正在学习的诸多佛法的论述。以媛知道她仍以“旁观者”角度看
待超码的红尘修行，及她想要追求的灵性超脱的区隔。也知道暂时无法让她现阶段选边站
，因此鼓励再次细读《超级生命密码》到第七章，尽快可以练习“心法潜修步骤一二三”
，改善她目前遇到的红尘问题。学妹欣然同意，以媛给她最大的祝福。
2. 下午在中山北路大同公司附近发结缘书，非常顺利。遇到几位年轻人对于《夺标》
小册特感兴趣，以媛和他们互留Line，期望继续联系结，下超码善因缘。
