25-man squad heads to Perth

Maurizio Sarri and a group of 25 players will depart to Australia later
tonight ahead of our friendly game against Perth Glory next week.
The travelling party leave London on Wednesday evening on a direct flight
to the west coast of Australia. The journey Down Under will take around 15
hours. Perth is seven hours ahead of the UK.
Along with Sarri, another new face set to be involved for the first time
in Chelsea colours when we play Perth Glory is Jorginho. We take on the
A-League side on Monday evening local time, with the final tickets for the
game still available to buy.
Before then, pre-season preparations will continue. The players will train
at the WACA Ground with a free, open session for supporters to watch
taking place on Saturday.
