切尔西新任主教练孔蒂透露，由于当年曾经被牵涉进一场假球官司，他险些提前
结束自己的执教生涯。
2011年，意大利相关调查机构曾经明确表示，在执教于意大利球队锡耶纳期间，
孔蒂明知该队有两场比赛被操纵，但他并未向意大利足协、警方报告，这名前尤文图
斯防守型中场一度遭到了司法机构的调查和起诉。不过在今年5月，这场历时长达5年
之久的调查终于结束，意大利方面也恢复了孔蒂的清白。
在接受英国《每日电讯报》记者采访时，孔蒂说道：“这段历史对我来说实在是
太糟糕了，我根本不承认自己做过那样的事情。为了给自己洗脱罪名，我做出了很多
努力，也承担了很多的风险。”
“实际上，当时我完全可以选择一条对于自己来说更为简单的道路，那也是解决
问题的最简便途径，如果我那样做的话，一切都能很快烟消云散，不是吗？”
“在意大利，如果你在过去5年中身陷这种丑闻当中的话，那么你就完蛋了。不
过我绝不会轻易妥协，我必须得到正确的对待和评判。对我以及我的家人来说，这段
历史完全就是一个噩梦，我们完全无法接受它。当时我的处境非常艰难，因为有很多
人在不明真相的情况下，便胡乱发表他们各自的看法。”
“My players know me from Italy, all the people, all the managers. All the
people know who Antonio Conte is. In this situation I want always to win,
I work very hard to win.”
You already get the sense that Conte could not be more motivated as he
bids to restore Chelsea's reputation, following a dismal defence of their
Premier League title.
He gave himself only a week off after Italy's Euro 2016 campaign and has
thrown himself into his new job, putting his new squad through relentless
double sessions during their tour of the United States. When he spoke
here, at UCLA campus in Los Angeles, his voice resembled a croak after all
the instructions he had been hammering into his players.
Conte undoubtedly means business and any players not in tune with his
philosophy will be ruthlessly tossed aside. Diego Costa already appears on
thin ice.
Finishing in the top four is clearly the minimum target and alongside the
likes of Jose Mourinho, Pep Guardiola and Jurgen Klopp, Conte is certain
to be compelling viewing this season. Fourth officials be warned.
“I find the peace in myself after the game when I win,” he said. “For
this reason I want to work very hard and find different solutions and to
give options to my players. Only when I win am I relaxed.
“It's important when you lose because you learn. You try to see why you
didn't win. You learn a lot in yourself but to win is beautiful. We know
that when you have a season when you finish in tenth place it is not good
for all. It means there are problems.
“Now it is not important to say 'ok we are ready to fight, we can come
back very soon and win the title' - these are just words. It's important
now to do facts, all together, because it is now not a good period for us.”
此前，切尔西队曾经在伦敦科本训练基地进行备战训练，当时孔蒂每天都会制订
出严谨的训练计划，以便帮助球队在赛季开始之前尽快找到最佳竞技状态。
孔蒂补充说道：“我倾向于与全体球员一起吃早餐，随后我们便开始上午的训练
课。下午是球员们自己的休息时间，他们可以自由活动，而我和我的教练组成员，则
要继续研究热身赛对手，或者制订出球队下一步的训练安排。要想进一步提高训练的
效果，要想制订出更加科学、合理的训练安排，在每堂训练课之后我们都要进行录像
分析，这对我来说非常重要。”
“我之所以会认为录像分析非常重要，是因为通过这一方式，我能够发现训练中
理想的方面，也能发现需要改进的环节；同时我还能够告诉球员们，他们该如何进一
步提高。实际上，我这么做的目的，绝对不是为了寻找批评球员的理由和借口，我只
是为了让训练变得更加有效果。”
“我拥有很长的职业球员经历，以我的经验来看，这是一种非常有效的办法。在
很多时候，20至30分钟的训练录像，甚至能够起到比3、4甚至是5堂训练课更大的积
极效果。”
要想率领切尔西重返巅峰，孔蒂必须将自己的理念和意图清晰的传达给自己麾下
的每一名球员，这就要求他具备流利的英语表达能力。目前，孔蒂迫切渴望自己能够
尽快掌握英语这门全新的语言。
孔蒂说道：“我必须尽快提高自己的英语水平。当我们回到伦敦的时候，我会在
第一时间开始自己的口语课程。在我看来，一名教练员必须要能够充分表达出自己的
想法，他也必须向球员解释自己的足球理念，这些无疑都非常重要。”
