福音：玛六7-15 基督圣体圣血节（本日）
那时，耶稣对门徒说：
“你们祈祷时，不要唠唠叨叨，如同外邦人一样，
因为他们以为只要多言，便可获得垂允。
你们不要跟他们一样，因为你们的父，在你们求他以前，已知道你们需要什么。
所以，你们应当这样祈祷：
我们在天的父！愿你的名被尊为圣，
愿你的国来临，愿你的旨意承行于地，如在天上一样！
我们的日用粮，求你今天赐给我们；
宽免我们的罪债，犹如我们也宽免得罪我们的人；
不要让我们陷入诱惑，但救我们免于凶恶。
因为你们若宽免别人的过犯，你们的天父也必宽免你们的；
但你们若不宽免别人的，你们的父也必不宽免你们的过犯。”
反省
延续昨天的福音，今天耶稣教门徒们如何祈祷。
在主祷文的前后还附带了一个序与一个跋。
序文是祈祷不要唠叨以为多言多效果，跋则是再次强调了宽恕的重要。
从这些附语可以反省到祈祷不是要让神听我的(唠叨)，
而是要想办法听神的(实践于人则神也实现承诺于己)。
用动词的形式使主祷文成为一个爱的循环，
让主的旨意在行动中承行的同时，也在宽恕中将爱扩散出去。
如此我们在诱惑与凶恶中也能指望天主的宽恕。

Gospel MT 6:7-15
Jesus said to his disciples:
“In praying, do not babble like the pagans,
who think that they will be heard because of their many words.
Do not be like them.
Your Father knows what you need before you ask him.
“This is how you are to pray:
‘Our Father who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name,
thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread;
and forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us;
and lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.’
“If you forgive others their transgressions,
your heavenly Father will forgive you.
But if you do not forgive others,
neither will your Father forgive your transgressions.”
