Job functions/responsibilities:
1.Need to complete daily admin tasks, and also planning
for marketing events,help to arrange travel/accommodation
for colleagues and also logistics for visitors, Expense claiming, etc.
2.Help to prepare presentation, help to do post-trade services to
clients, help to book trades, and other assigned tasks.
Requirement:
1.Quick/efficient/detailed/proactive/organized/clever
2.Finance or business academic background from top schools is preferred
3.Strong math and computer skills are required.
4.Highly motivated and productive team player
5.Fluent in both spoken/written Mandarin and English.
Preferred:
1.Excellent problem solving skills with ability to work
under pressure and without supervision in a fast paced environment.
2.Good communicator and good personality.
