今天晚上台北教室的菁英会中，导读的内容之一是《超级生活密码》书中提到的“灵魂记
忆体如同行车记录器 如实呈现”。太阳盛德导师非常清楚地指出：“人世间的一切事情
，真正可以获得转圜的因素只有“德”资粮”。简单明了，非常震撼。导师也提醒超码人
必须弄清楚，在生命里究竟要的是什么? 如何转换心念?如何开阔眼界?修行中的点点滴滴
，一切准备都是为了修练自己的灵魂，因为只有灵魂不灭，跟着自己到生生世世。所有心
智上的成长会全数写在灵魂内存；同样的，任何心怀不轨的意业或者已经外显的言行，
也会丝毫不差地记在灵魂内存，无所遁逃，如同行车纪录器钜细靡遗，全都录。灵魂记
忆体记下的data会在未来时机成熟时，因为某个情景、某种环境，加上某种能量的助长，
就会产生相应的作用，好坏皆然。由此可见，凡走过必留下痕迹，“修行”就是为了让自
己去芜存菁，从身与心作各种细修和调整，最终目的都在净化灵魂，回归到无始以来的源
史纯然本性，才有机会完全超脱因果轮回。
导师提醒，当选择了修行这条路，灵魂的问题一定要自己先控制和解决。以媛体悟到除了
如导师所说，运用心法和“爱与感恩”于日常生活中之外，另外一个好方法就是“藉事练
心”。从自己或他人的生活事例中，参透其中事理逻辑，从而萃取经验和智慧，成为修行
中灵性成长的资粮，同时也在修正灵魂过去某些不圆满。难怪导师要求的每日14项功课中
，“参悟空”是其中一项。真如导师所说“善待灵魂 你就是自己的改命大师”，我们透
过修行，让灵魂内存装的都是真、善、美、圣的data，让天人合一。

1. 感恩今天有机会在非常安静的状况下，完成了一份重要的技术报告的整理。虽然内
容来自于老板提供的素材，要完全弄懂并作正确的编辑，还得专注并厘清资料才行。

3. 生这几天咳嗽，症状和以媛才好的霉浆菌感染很像。先生三月初出国时可能就被以
媛传染，但潜伏期很长，在泰国期间有一些症状似乎好了，回国后又再度发作，时不时会
干咳。感恩先生自行料理不适，没有劳动以媛。
