the AAP recommends that all infants continue to be placed supine until 1
year of age. If the infant can roll from supine to prone "and" from prone to
supine, the infant can then be allowed to remain in the sleep position that
he or she assumes.
这段那个AND = 仰翻趴和趴翻仰都要会，才能让宝宝自己决定
但是下面这段我觉得更重要，试着解释意思看看(理解有误请指正)
One study analyzing sleep-related deaths reported to state
child death review teams found that the predominant risk factor for
sleep-related deaths in infants 4 to 12 months of age was rolling into
objects in the sleep area.[134] Thus, parents and caregivers should continue to
keep the infant’s sleep environment clear of soft or loose bedding and other
objects. Parents may be reassured in being advised that the incidence of SIDS
begins to decline after 4 months of age.
4-12个月龄这个族群的小孩，最主要的死亡风险是翻滚到床上的物体中(毯子/枕头/玩具)
或是滚到软软的床垫或地毯表面。
=> 所以婴儿床上的建议是什么都不要放，而且要是坚实的表面
前面几篇的推文有提到要培养宝宝安全感要给安抚物(小被子，玩具之类)
真心觉得文章要看整段，三个月以下仰睡明显减少婴儿猝死危机
但小孩会翻滚后(通常四个月后)睡眠环境更重要
整篇建议很长，而且很大篇幅在解释睡眠环境，也有提到夜间睡眠环境是变动的
睡着当下看似安全的环境，可能在深夜当中因为宝宝/大人的动作产生危险
遇到婴儿猝死第一个反应都是有没有趴睡，但如果认真去探讨其他危险因子的存在
可能会发现案例的睡眠环境处处不合格?
