[状态]:原本班机是2/26(三)台湾飞澳洲,已取消转成代金券1次
[延长代金券分享]:
继上次换成代金券后,时间也过了半年,
然后竟然在最后一天最后1个小时要买票时已经无法使用,
所以还是得来询问线上客服。
不过又因为线上客服有营业时间的关系,
就无法于当天解决,
眼看代金券要血本无归了,
但是9/5(六)又尝试找到线上客服后,竟然解决了~
客服说明可以再协助展延"过期的代金券"!(后续待14天内重获代金券)
实际只等到9/7(一)就拿到了!

后续往下拉,找到Chat Now就赶快点进去, 因为这样才能直接面对线上客服人员!
步骤二:在点选Chat Now之后,
就必须填写基本资料,
包含1.名字、2.姓氏、3.电子信箱、
4.机票的订位代号。(虽然已换成代金券,但还是打上次订票的代号吧)
填写完,才有办法与线上客服聊天,然后这个网页不能关闭,一关闭就要重来!

顺利的话,等待不到1分钟,就会有有空的客服出现,
这时可以喘口气,休息一下,然后开google翻译以备不时之需。
((可利用假日下午时段))
步骤三:开始问答,
线上客服会先告知注意事项,然后说名字后,询问有什么需要帮忙的事情。
可以先打招呼,告知因为武汉肺炎而要求退款。(hello OOO! i would like to request
the refund due to Corona virus.)
然后请协助展延代金券使用期限等。

其实说明完武汉肺炎要退款后,客服人员就会先协助查询目前状态,
就发现我已经退成代金券了,
然后也有查到我的代金券已到期,
不过他们基于善意及礼貌(google翻译),
愿意协助再帮忙把代金券重新发行(reissue)展延6个月效期!
后续就待14天内就可以再拿到了。
另外,
线上客服的时间是 澳洲雪梨时间的 8am~8pm,
相当于台湾的11am~11pm喔 (夏令时间至10月初)!
或是10am~10pm(冬令时间差距2小时)
请大家要注意一下。

9/7(一) 下午从电子信箱中收到代金券,不过这次的版本是简体字。
