You may be able to make a change you want to make through your authority in a
certain role, dear Aquarius. If you do that, others will follow because they
have to. But wouldn't it be better if they follow because they want to?
Wouldn't it be a richer experience if they followed because they could see it
is the best way to go? If you can accomplish that, you will have others
believing in what they are doing, and they will act from the heart - and
that's always a better way.
