When you first become involved in an argument or a conflict of any kind , your
temper may flare . And because of that , it can be hard to see the whole thin
g clearly and without any prejudice . In your mind , you may be trying to just
ify the way you feel , rather than trying to observe and understand the way so
meone else may feel .
A recent disagreement may have been quite intense at the time , but with time
and patience - and a willingness to see and understand someone else’s point o

我觉得应该也是人的通病, 我们其实不是自私(又在辩了 XD) ,
套一句我大学学的经济学 ”人都是理性自利的” , 只要是人都会有私心
这并没有错 , 不需要为了这种事感到愧疚 ,
但我觉得不要太理性其实就能解决很多没有同理心的状况。
