At 15 cm AAV, the anasotomosis was noted here and some neovascular change was also found. There is mild external hemorrhoid. polyp about 0.2 cm was noted in high corpus area and removed by forceps for pathology (G). DUODENUM: Normal DIAGNOSIS: - Barrett’s esophagus - Gastric polyp s/p forceps removal.

上面是大肠镜的报告，手术结合处有血管增生的样子但是无异常、轻微外痔；下面是胃镜，在胃食道有一个息肉状物体但是无黏膜损伤，切片化验认为是巴雷斯特食道症(黏膜细胞化生)是说医生应该会约回诊看报告吧
