已经爬了板上的文，但还是遇到财力证明的瓶颈，希望板上各位可以帮忙解惑
我是预计在9月去Hove College就读Diploma短期课程(36周)，
目前已经跟学校接洽到一半，也付了deposit保留位子。
学校告知要提出财力证明才让我付学费，付学费之后才愿意发CAS
我现在使用的是台湾银行外币户头的存摺，
已经将规定的金额放在户头里满28天，而且都有压日期。
我就拿着存摺去给翻译社翻译成英文版本提供给学校。
但是学校回复我以下文字：
Dear XXX,
The evidence of funds must be as a statement or letter from your bank,
as shown in the guidance and mentioned in my earlier email.
Please see paragraph 220 in the attachment.
UKVI do not refer to a bank passbook, only to a building society passbook.
I do not believe that UKVI will accept your bank passbook as evidence.
But now I can see that the required funds have been correctly held, so there
should be no problem provided you have a correct statement or specific
letter from your bank. There is plenty of time, have a look here:

想请问，building society他指的是什么意思?
还是说我一定要请银行写bank letter?
但是从板上看到，实在是不知道哪一家台湾银行会愿意帮我在余额证明上写那一段文字
之前看是松江分行，但是推文写说都不愿意加注文字
想请问各位我要怎么办才好Q___Q
或著是有哪一家分行的台湾银行对于英国签证财力证明的手续比较熟悉
