很开心自己居然会有机会拿到奖学金
开心之余，友人提醒是否该分享下资讯，提供给大家参考
年度：2017
学校：The University of Sheffield
奖学金项目：Taiwan Merit Postgraduate Scholarship
奖学金额度：annual tuition fee 50% off
背景：台大毕，已工作4年，今年申请念硕士
GPA：3.68 (83.73)
IELTS：7 (L:7.5 / R:7 / W:6.5 / S:6.5)
此奖学金有要求要写一些statement，题目如下：
This is an opportunity to demonstrate your outstanding academic,
personal or professional achievement or potential.
This statement should include the following information:
- Academic and other relevant professional achievements
- How you expect to benefit from your chosen course of study
- How you have the potential to make an exceptional contribution
to the University, and to society after you graduate
这部分我大概是一段一段照着回答，自行发挥
共写了600字(要求为750字以下)，写好后有给代办润稿才交出
其中特别有提到在大学其中一学期有特别高的GPA 4.15
因为毕竟这是Merit奖学金，自认大学平均GPA没有很突出
我的工作和申请科系也相关，所以也带入了很多工作的杰出经验等
后记：
除了GPA外，我觉得这个奖学金最后给申请人的statement比重也不低
那个部分我写了很久(约半个月)，一方面是边工作只有假日可以好好写
为了慎重起见，我把申请表格贴在WORD填好各种答案后，
请我的代办帮我看有没有写错，也顺便润稿
