买二手表的状况多，但不晓得各位踩过怎样的雷？后来又是怎么补救的呢？
以往都是开箱文居多，近来装潢房子预算窘迫就鲜少冲动买表了，许久没发文了，今天想跟大家分享一则我买到百达翡丽的‘表王’的故事...

时间拉回约莫一年多前2021年8月，当时玩表正在兴头，什么表都想尝试，偶然在网络上看到PP 5146P，且是有实体店家的，就去赏表看表心动不已，因为是单表所以价格不贵还算能负担，表况良好机心干净，考虑没两天就购入了，购入后也送百达翡丽维修中心花了4万多送洗油以免买到假的，洗油同时为力求完美也再跟原厂花1万多订购了原厂鳄鱼皮表带，后来11月就顺利发了开箱文，到此过程也都很顺利没有任何状况。

尔后某一天，我无意中发现，奇怪，为什么百达翡丽铂金表壳特有的6点钟所镶的钻有点歪呀？跟表面的中心点与6点钟时标不在同一直线？ 怎么看都是镶歪了？ 难道是假表？ 不可能啊已经在原厂洗过油了怎可能是假的？ 但是一只牌价将近200万的百达翡丽顶级铂金年历表怎可能钻石是明显镶歪的？ 最后觉得只有一种可能，我买到QC有问题的表王百达翡丽中的表王了....

自从发现钻石没有对齐之后，完全被制约，真的回不去了，每次看表都只会想到‘唉，钻石是歪的’，这支表本身其他地方再细致再漂亮也无感了，又因为钻石是镶在6点钟方向朝向自己，每次看表就一定会看到，真的是满满的无奈。虽然是买二手单表但也不算小数目，也有回去问了当初购入的店家，它们的回复是
‘这个我觉得不是瑕疵喔，手工制作的很难到100%对齐正确’
我也不意外店家是这样回复，毕竟我都送原厂洗油回来了都几个月过去了...

哎呀，难道踩这种莫名奇妙雷真的只能自己吞吗？虽然单表价格实惠，但后来对比这支表的行情，老实说我也不是买特别便宜呀，只能说买二手表真的还是很多风险呀！这下怎么办？
因为保养过几次PP的表，认识了武祥百达翡丽维修中心人很好又客气的陈小姐，只好硬著头皮向他寻求意见与帮助。我与她讨论后决定试试看送去瑞士原厂看看原厂愿不愿意帮忙处里，而且人很好的陈小姐也帮我争取到了手表保险运费(保值150万台)由代理商善意吸收，以代理商的立场对于一个买二手表的顾客能做到这样真的已经满分，心中真的超级感谢。

又过了约莫两个月，总厂收到表了，给我的答复是必须要整个表壳换掉才有办法处理，而贵重的铂金表壳非常贵，单换表壳非常非常的贵(我没记错我听到要价70~90万这种数字)，然而原厂也理解这样钻石明显歪斜带来的困扰，因此愿意善意吸收部分费用，结论需要我自负约33万台币来换表壳。
坦白说，这时的我陷入天使与恶魔的抉择，因为这样的钻石没有完全对齐问题，我也大可丢给表店大概亏个10-15万，将问题丢给下一手也就没我的事了，也不需要再付30多万去帮百达翡丽解决这支表王出厂就不完美的问题。可是，因为真心喜欢百达翡丽，我实在不想再害下一个人踩这种雷，这时我决定想办法看看能否Escalate给百达翡丽高层，将这件事止于我就好，不要再让这样的表流传下去。

莽撞的我，决定写封E-Mail给百达翡丽CEO，Mr. Stern先生，至于怎么知道他的Email Address的，不好意思地说其实我是用猜的，所以我发邮件时根本也不知道他会不会看到，反正也就死马当活马医了，也没奢望会有回信或反应了，心理抱着最差的结果就是自己继续戴，以下是我给Mr. Stern的信，因为发信当天是被告知要自费30多万台币才能解决，当下又失望又无奈，所以写得有点鲁莽酸溜溜，还好偶像Mr. Stern大人有大量不跟我计较，以下是内容给各位笑一下

Dear Mr. Stern,
I am terribly sorry for bothering you but it’s really hurting Patek’s reputation in my opinion. I really don’t believe this is how Patek responds to a Patek 5146P with defect in a watch case diamond, it’s apparently a QC issue and I was informed just now that I need to pay additional ~11,000 CHF in order to fix the QC issue that Patek made in the first place.
How ironic when I read this article from Patek Magazine… I am not sure if there were any discussion to make sure Patek technicians know how to align the diamond for Platinum case.

This Patek watch is currently in Patek Switzerland I believe, and it’s going to be shipped back to Taiwan since I decided not to pay CHF 11,000 for Patek’s QC issue. I have given Patek the chance to fix this and it’s unfortunate that Patek doesn’t seem to appreciate the voice and decide to ignore how this could potentially hurt Patek’s reputation.

I would like to thank you for your message dated June 8th 2022 addressed to our President, Mr. Thierry Stern. A copy has been forwarded to my attention for investigation and reply.
Our first estimate mentioned the fact that we could not intervene to put the diamond back on the axis. However, after further analysis with our workshop, we will finally be able to remove the diamond, refill the material, drill and replace the diamond.
We are aware that we should have mentioned this work of jewellery, very delicate but possible, in our first analysis and we would like to apologize for this.
If you wish to reconsider your refusal of the first quotation, please be assured that we are looking forward to doing our utmost to rectify this situation.
Considering your disappointment regarding your timepiece which is completely understandable, can I please explain that Patek Philippe watches which are handmade can, on rare occasion, have slight imperfections which we are very grateful to our clients like yourself for bringing to our attention.

大意是总厂因为接获CEO的指示，重新评估过后认为可以不用换表壳，只需将钻石重新挖洞镶嵌即可(技术难度较高)，而且总厂愿意免费替我改正这个问题并且附送免费洗油。

天呀，当时收到这封信真是欣喜若狂，超级开心，一来重拾我对百达翡丽信心，对于品质控管以及如何对待客人这些方面，以及我终于解决这颗大地雷不用将来有天万一我缺钱要我卖掉时还要残害下一任表主，真的是太棒了，Mr. Stern从今以后就是我的偶像， You are awesome !

今天顺利拿到从总厂修复的表了(听说是用精密雷射技术)，看着钻石完美的对齐著6点钟的时标，完全看不出有任何修复的痕迹，心里满满的感动与欣慰，总算有个Happy Ending，就花了点时间打打字，跟大家分享这则小故事。
