1992年 购买的OP手表，

当初向
台北市万华区西园路二段 与 广州街 交叉口，
附近的钟表专卖店家购买，
更换电池2次，
500元 / 颗(含工带料)，
也都找同一家，
大约5年后，
没电了，
我也没有继续更换电池了。
时隔大约25年，
我自己有工具，
而且已经成功更换20支手表的电池，
所以我把OP手表找出来，
准备更换电池，
想不到 四颗一字螺丝 全部没有沟槽可以转动 @[email protected]。
建议乡民 小心误踩雷。
问题：

我想买 极小 + 极短 的 背盖螺丝四颗，
请问怎样买？
b.
现在是 一字螺丝 有机会 换成 +字螺丝吗？
c.
我有光标卡尺，
但是 牙距 没办法测量。
