大家好，小弟去年8月～今年5月有在加州上语言课程，秋季在同一间学校转正成硕士，
不过5月到现在人在台湾，SEVIS number还是一样但SEVIS record 是 initial status，前
几天系上课程变成全部online，想请问这样的情况秋季还能拿旧f1 + 新i20入境美国上全网
课吗？是否符合ICE的FAQ里March 2020的guidance可以入境美国全网课呢？
I-20上的Program start date是8/11快接近了超级担心的，但是对于这些规定还有不太能
判断的地方，还恳请板上的大大们解惑。
这是学校的目前状况：
All instruction will begin online for Fall 2020, with only a small number of
exceptions in certain clinical education situations.
有问学校关于我目前status状况和是不是continuing student、中间有没有completed
或terminated得到的回复是这样：
Your SEVIS record is currently in Initial Status. I believe USC Office of
Admission I-20 Processing will contact you in the coming weeks to provide
additional guidance pertaining to your I-20. You are eligible to start your
academic program at USC by taking online courses remotely from abroad in Fall
2020 as a non-F-1 student.
