各位前辈好，
我想请问关于博士班package的问题，
目前我心仪的几所学校提供的package都很像以下条件：
1. Stipend for 9 months as well as 1 year of health care coverage.
2. Tuition is paid at the rate of 10 credit hours for each of the
Fall and Winter semesters, and 2 credits for the Spring/Summer semester.
然后工作内容可能就是ＴＡ或者ＲＡ，提供四年以上。
请问各位版大觉得这样的package如何？会不会不合理或不常见？
