本人目前在申请ASU的MSF program，essay question有两篇其中一篇是optional，
optional essay的题目是这样写的:
"If you have completed your undergraduate degree in Finance from an
AACSB-accredited institution with a 3.0 cumulative GPA or higher, or earned a
3.25 GPA in a STEM program at a U. S. institution, please address why you
feel a GMAT waiver should be granted. Please provide any additional
information you would like to bring to the attention of the admissions
committee. (250 words or less)"
请问他的意思是要申请gmat waiver才需要写这篇essay吗?
