小妹最近申请的program，需要wes认证
最新的status为On hold，
详细说明为：
Academic Transcript not accepted
Reason: WES received your document, but it is not legible and cannot be
used to prepare your evaluation.
Instructions: Please ask your institution to send legible documents to WES in
a sealed envelope that is signed or stamped across the back flap by the
appropriate official.
再查了一下官方网站的说明：
If you received this status update via email, it means that course titles,
grades, name, date of birth, or other important details were not clearly
printed on the document you submitted and could not be read.
We need all of these documents to be legible in order to conduct our analysis
and produce an accurate evaluation.
Please resend higher quality documents in the format stated on our website
under your country of education.
我寄document的方式为，在台大申请中英文版成绩单、英文学位证书，共三份文件，
再交由注册组盖章弥封，我再去邮局寄出。
再次确认，成绩单上都有上面的资讯了，
