小弟在PSU的GPA Instructions 里面看到这段话
To calculate your grade point average:
Count only credits completed in your junior and senior years.
This should be about 60-70 semester hours or 90-110 quarter hours.
If you have coursework in progress, you will have fewer hours.

其中第一句话Count only credits completed in your junior and senior years.
是指将大三大四实拿的学分数去计算GPA（被当的不用计入）；还是指不论有没有被当
，全部都要计入GPA?因为如果是第一种情况，我的大三大四GPA是3.75；第二种情况则为3.54, 差距有点多?希望有经验的前辈能够帮忙解惑，谢谢
