小弟正在填写线上的IT-2104 (NYS & NYC & Yorkers Witholding)
但仍然有几行完全没概念
我google了后但是仍然没找到什么答案 (或者我根本看不懂)
我本身是single unmarried，拿的是F1 visa
1. Total number of allowances you are claiming for New York State and Yorkers,
if applicable (from line 17)
2. Total number of allowances for New York City (from line 28)
我线上查了后只有看到某个网站建议我这身分填两个allowance (但不懂为什么是两个)
我明明只有拿一份薪水 (其实是stipend)
Use lines 3, 4, and 5 below to have additional witholding per pay period
under special agreement with your employer.
3. New York State amount (要填个数字)
4. New York City amount (要填个数字)
5. Yonkers amount (要填个数字)
我是有写信去问我们学校那里的human resource
但他说他们无法给我们建议 所以要我自己"尽力填".....
