最近在准备寄成绩单给申请学校
发现CMU的MISM (heinz college)的要求有点不太懂是什么意思

1.想请问各位第一段的这句话是什么意思

我知道他希望我提供大学毕业的证明 可是后面那串有点不太明白
意思是我需要把我的大学学位证明寄到heinz college吗?
2.后面有提到说International student不要直接寄成绩单给他们
要透过academic credential verification service
下面也附了3个他们认可的
想请问有人用过这个东西吗 大概的作业模式、流程需要几天呢?
