看来要在EVO2016看到Ibuki出现在赛事依旧有悬念...
按照CPT规则来说,6月底释出的Ibuki,
7月中的EVO赛事中使用并不违反规则,
但按照EVO自己的规则来说,或许在这次EVO使用Ibuki可能是违规的.

Evo's general rules state that DLC has to be out 4-5 weeks before the
event to let people practice for our world tournament.
Patches are a case by case basis, especially if its a minor patch.
Generally the game companies give us a heads up on any patches coming out
EVO的一般规则是追加内容须在大会举办前4~5周释出,给予选手练习的空间.
补丁则是视状况而定,特别是如果只是个小修正的补丁的话;
原则上游戏公司会让我们先知道会有哪些补丁释出.
