Pawns will be placed on an 9xA square chess board. For any two columns if
the number of rows with exactly one pawn should be at least 5, what can
be the maximum number of columns (A) on this board?
Example for three columns:
(Columns a-b, a-c and b-c satisfy the conditions.)
