前阵子土航延误的关系，
发现土耳其有个SHY passenger rights，
依照他们的规定，所有起飞或降落在土耳其的航班以及土耳其航空公司执飞的航班
涉及航班延误、取消、拒绝登机、或降级座位等情况
依照航线距离须提供现金补偿。
以IST-TPE为例，属于超过 3500 公里国际航班
应该可以申请 600 欧元的补偿
所以我就依照reddit上面的文章拟稿 (ref: https://reurl.cc/aZRyQY
到土航Feedback上面申诉，
结果得到以下回复:
First of all, we apologize for the adverse effect of this irregularity on
your travel plan.
In our investigation, it has been determined that your TK0024 Istanbul –
Taipei flight dated 06th of January, 2025 was operated with 364 minutes
delay due to operational reasons.
In the hope of indemnifying the irregularity you had and ensuring your
satisfaction, we would like to present you with 30.000 Bonus Miles.
总之就是只给三万哩的意思，
但土航哩程极其难用，实在让人却步，
而且感觉价值还是不如600欧来的实在。
不知道版上前辈们有没有什么建议？
还是说反正不便险也吃到了，就干脆把哩程拿一拿就好XD
