但是收到自动回信

问题是如果要改写信到另一个信箱，为何官网不直接把申请信箱改掉就好？？
看不懂他的逻辑。所以我只好另外写信过去。只是没用他的申请表格感觉怪怪的。
然后官网这部门都不回我，是因为我都一直ＢＲＧ所以我黑掉了吗？
