话说几个月前用我的帐号出了一张AA的哩程票给老婆(OW Sapphire)
IAH-ORD-NRT-FUK / NRT-ORD-IAH
越洋段都是F, 美国国内段就Domestic First
去程已经飞了
但是Check In时发生一点行李额度认知上的问题
我的认知是，越太平洋三舱以上的F舱乘客可以有三件免费行李
那这张AA+JL的票没有跨联盟同一票号的票就是照上面的规则走
但地勤说第一段是AA执飞
所以就要照AA的两舱等头等舱两件行李规则走
收了第三件行李越洋的$200
当下我老婆翻了AA网页上规定给地勤，但地勤跟他的主管都坚持要收$200
她搭Uber去机场，没办法把第三件丢著不管
只能低头缴保护费顺便线上把我、全家跟AA都臭骂一轮
在ORD的Flagship Lounge也问了当地地勤，当地地勤认为应该是三件免费
等她到了日本跟我会合后开始一一申诉
1. 用她自己的名义申请退这$200
2. 我另外寄抱怨信给客服说以上状况
现在得到的回应是
1. 这$200刷卡会退回信用卡
2. 得到的回信如下

cannot be sold or bartered, you may use it to buy a ticket for a friend or
relative if you prefer.
就文意看起来，他们似乎仍然认为收费要照第一段的标准？！
但明明就是又要收我越洋的钱又不承认那段越洋是头等，然后事后又自觉理亏赔我钱
虽然我已经倒赚200元的eVoucher ，但是我还是对AA的规定感到很困惑
到底以上状况该适用几件行李？
