Build relationship with our online community by
maintaining YoungTalent Facebook fan page and YoungTalent website.
Promote YoungTalent services through public relations initiatives.
Create, deliver, edit, and optimize online materials
Deliver content via LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, email, or direct mail.
Track social media analytics using Google Analytics and other software,
and report results and new ideas to our marketing team.
Plan and execute marketing events that align with YoungTalent’s ideas
and images.
Contact applicants and screen potential candidates on the phone.
Collect and screen applicants’ resumes. Identify and interview potential
candidates and create candidates profiles.
Perform administrative duties that support YoungTalent team’s operation.
