Cosmetics marketing CRM team temp
Job Distribution:
-To participate & implement the marketing activities of the cosmetic division
with the supervision of CRM Manager to provide excellent service to customers.
- Participate in formulating yearly marketing and promotional plan
- Participate in planning, developing and follow up on marketing activities
- Gather, compile and analyze promotion results
- Provide regular reports to Sales and Product Marketing team to monitor and
evaluate the progress / achievement of new customer recruiting and CRM
activities KPIs by counters and product categories
- Participate in developing promotion plan
- Participate in direct mailing program to support the brand activitie
- Database management
- Monitor on the performance of our customers
- Monitor competitors’ VIPs activities and launches
Qualifications :
-University graduates or above, preferably major in business administration.
-Minimum 1 year work experience in customer marketing and / or data mining.
-Previous experiences in Card Marketing is a plus.
-Good knowledge on customer behavior and analytical skills
-Good interpersonal communication skills both in English and Chinese
-Good team player
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
