他都给你台湾代理商窗口了...通常这样是你先联络这个窗口 有问题再跟原厂说

水货也可以请代理商处理吗？至少代寄原厂之类的？

他给我的这个mail:[email protected]我寄过去之后，讯息如下服务器的回应如下：The recipient server did not accept our requests toconnect. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7720 [support.com.tw 114.34.160.51: generic::failed_precondition: connect error (0): error]晕倒......我只想送原厂，不知有神人可以给我意见吗，感谢

原厂请你找代理商 就先找代理商 代理商不收货联系不到你回去炉原厂才有理由吧...

我觉得单纯是它给错email吧 @support.com.tw怎么看都怪...回信再问对方正确的Email就好了吧

我上个月才寄一件到加拿大而已ㄟ...

我也遇过，我把email没人回应的图贴给他看，跟他说我愿意自己直接寄到温哥华，他才给维修编号，这也证明了代理商不代理保固的现状，有很多鸟的文章可以爬看看。

话说我上个月才寄一件，原厂收到已过半个月多月了还没后续

我的是前代理买的，送到新代理有处理已收到东西了，提供参考
