The NHS website previously recommended both paracetamol and ibuprofen, but
has since changed its advice to say that while "there is currently no strong
evidence that ibuprofen can make coronavirus (Covid-19) worse... until we
have more information, take paracetamol to treat the symptoms of coronavirus,
unless your doctor has told you paracetamol is not suitable for you."
NHS 之前推荐乙酰胺酚和伊普芬，但后来改变建议，

如急诊接了病人，未知药物过敏史，需要止痛退烧时，
可能会开个乙酰胺酚prn
普拿疼（panadol）则是葛兰素史克所产乙酰胺酚的商品名，
广为人知，故常用普拿疼代称乙酰胺酚，但最早合成出乙酰胺酚的，
非gsk
伊普芬(ibuprofen)近年常为人知的商品名则是日本成药EVE
